Apologies for not being very active in the recent past. A lot of things happened and I'm now a proud dad - so my main photographic subject has changed slightly 
Attached a few shots I've taken on a trip to the Montreux Jazz Festival and at the Lake 'Schwarzsee' - Hope you like it.

Backlit Fruit – First Try

I'm happy to share my first series of 'Backlit Fruits'. I used a green and a yellow Kiwi (obviously slices). My setup was quite basic - a heat resistant glass plate, an IKEA Spotlight and a studio flash for ambient light. I used black paper for the clear dark background.
I will slightly change that in my second try where I will use my 580exII as back light and the studio flash for ambient lighting. Hope that I will have time to shoot and share the second tries soon!
